You should eat all food constituents daily because your body is made up of those ingredients and the human body requires for its functioning source of energy. All internal functions like digestion, respiration consume energy. Energy is in the form of minerals and vitamins too. The body has limited capacity of storing various constituents. (It does store lot of fat, which is unhealthy). Those food substances that play major role in wear and tear maintenance are also required for healthy functioning of the human body, mind and soul.
